Move all the emails that you just extracted the attachments from to an archive folder in Outlook. OnBase will now import them into a batch to be indexed. You will get a message how many attachments saved. You need to play the document in RicoDocs(N:) drive in the folder that OnBase polls for documents to import. STEP 3 of 4: Save the attachments where OnBase can import them into a batch for indexingĪ "Browse For Folder" window will appear. You might receive a pop-up security message. Highlight them all and click Extract All Attachments on your Outlook ribbon. Navigate to the Outlook folder where all your attachments reside. STEP 1 of 4: Select and Extract Attachments

If not, then follow the direction on this self-help page.
